Producer. Connector. Closer.

I'm Lasya Tarini — an event producer and growth operator based in Philadelphia. I design experiences that convert: founder dinners that spark real partnerships, conferences that build real community, and business development strategies that turn conversations into commitments.

My path runs through Drexel University's entrepreneurship program, where I learned that the best ideas die without the right rooms, the right people, and the right moment. I build all three.

I've grown event attendance by 40%, driven sponsorship pipelines from scratch, and built recurring programming that keeps communities coming back. Growth isn't a metric — it's the result of deliberate relationship architecture.

My focus: execution over ideas. Anyone can have a vision for a great event or a great partnership. I'm the person who makes it happen — logistics, outreach, follow-through, results.

Design the experience. Close the partnership. Build the room that changes what's possible.

02 — What I Do

Five skills. One standard.

01
Event Production

End-to-end event design and execution — from intimate founder dinners to full-scale conferences. I handle concept, logistics, vendor coordination, programming, and the follow-through that makes events land.

"The event is the product."
I've run monthly community events, weekend-long intensives, and conference-scale programming. Every format requires different muscles — I've built them all. 40% attendance growth doesn't happen by accident.

02
Growth & Business Development

Building the pipelines that expand reach — sponsorship outreach, university partnerships, corporate relationships, and the follow-up cadences that close. Growth is a system, not a spray-and-pray.

"Relationships are the distribution channel."
I've built partnership pipelines from scratch, negotiated co-programming deals, and grown community engagement 30% through targeted outreach and content strategy. Every conversation has a close.

03
Community Architecture

Designing recurring community experiences that people actually show up for — and keep showing up for. Not just audience building, but belonging architecture with clear purpose and momentum.

hover to explore →
"Retention is the real metric."
A community is only as strong as its reason to return. I design programming cadences, touchpoints, and formats that create habits — not just one-time attendance spikes.

04
Sponsorship & Partnerships

Identifying, pitching, and closing the partnerships that fund and elevate programming. From cold outreach to signed agreements — I build the case, run the process, and deliver on the commitment.

hover to explore →
"The best sponsors become collaborators."
I find shared mission between organizations and structure deals where both sides win. Sponsors don't just write checks — they become part of the story and keep coming back.
Outreach · Pitch Decks · Deal Structuring
05
Content & LinkedIn Growth

Translating events and community work into reach — LinkedIn content strategy that builds an audience, drives event attendance, and positions a brand as the signal in a noisy ecosystem.

hover to explore →
"Distribution is a skill, not an afterthought."
I've grown event attendance 40% through targeted LinkedIn content. Content isn't decoration — it's pipeline. Every post is an invitation to the room.

07 — The Person Behind the Builder
"The right community doesn't just support a brand — it becomes the brand."
01
Community is the growth engine. The brands and startups that win aren't the loudest — they're the ones with the most loyal rooms. I build those rooms: events, recurring touchpoints, and cultures that compound.
02
Growth is a system, not a moment. 40% attendance growth doesn't happen by accident. It happens through intentional outreach, content that converts, sponsorships that multiply, and follow-through that closes every loop.
03
Execution is the brand. You can have the best concept in the room. But what people remember is the experience you created and whether you delivered what you promised. I always deliver.

I came to entrepreneurship to create my own opportunities — drawn in by the energy of people building things that matter, and refusing to be on the sidelines.

Drexel gave me the technical foundation and the city gave me the canvas. Philadelphia's startup community is scrappy, genuine, and growing fast — and I've built my career around accelerating that momentum.

I travel for perspective, read for pattern recognition, and build because I can't imagine doing anything else.
